When we met Mary Lyn and Jon, they were looking for some “day of coordination” for a small coastal wedding. But once in the thick of wedding planning, they realized that they were going to need some more assistance. They both were very busy people and didn’t have much time for all the details. Not to worry. That is when Stacey & Company stepped in. We worked very closely with the bride’s family to make sure that all 188 of their guests were made to feel welcome at their lovely coastal California wedding.

They had secured their location at the picturesque Costanoa Lodge in Pescadero, but needed the details sorted out. We helped them source their florals, rentals, DJ, videographer as well as designed all the stationery products (save the dates, invitations, table markers, programs & escort flags). Since the majority of the bride and grooms’ families were from out of state, it was very important that they made sure their guests were comfortable and felt welcome. We then sourced and filled welcome bags with waters, snacks & treats delivered to their 'glamping tent' upon arrival. They also had a bucket of flip flops waiting for each guest at check in - so they could take of their shoes and relax. Our couple went out of their way to make sure all their guests had as much fun as they did at their wedding. This made for a very special day for all. Congratulations Mary Lyn & Jon.
