We loved working with Natalie & Will to put the finishing touches our their destination wedding in Napa Valley. The had pulled together some amazing vendors and of course Auberge de Soleil is a premier venue, so there were set there, but they needed help with transportation, hotel welcome bags, and the timeline for the day of the event. We met with the couple on a quick trip to California and went through their plans and helped them craft a schedule that would allow them time to relax and get ready, capture amazing first look photos, mingle with the guests before dinner but still have time to dance the night away.
We designed and executed their welcome table based on a initial idea the bride had seen on Pinterest. We also designed and printed their menu as curated their hotel welcome bags and delivered them to the five hotels where the out of town guests were staying. And the most amazing part of this event, was having our work photographed by the AMAZING Augie Chang and team!
