We love working with 11 West Partners. They are working to rehabilitate an amazing historic warehouse at the corner of Peralta and Mandela Parkway to even outshine its original glory. In an effort to get commercial real estate brokers into the space to see what they had already completed and learning more about future plans, they wanted to do an OPEN HOUSE + TOUR. We designed and executed a COFFEE BREAK with vintage furniture and accents, delicious breakfast treats and amazing coffee from neighborhood delight Drip Line Cafe.
